Unable to reinstall Microsoft Store

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and went to use the Xbox app and was unable to open it. I recieved the error code 0x800706d9. This led me to trying to reset the Microsoft store as well as deleting and redownloading the Xbox app. When I went to redownload the Xbox app I was greated with the error code 0x8007045B. Through searching online I attempted to remove and reinstall the Microsoft store. I have tried the wsreset command which brings up the prompt "We can't open this 'ms-windows-store' link""Your device needs a new app to open this link."I also tried to enter the command Get-AppxPackage
