Unable to Reinstall Microsoft store

I have tried using many methods online, including: using admin powershell, using unigetUI to reinstall the package. This and many windows default apps don't work properly (calculator, xbox, etc.). This all comes after a windows update, and since doing a fresh install and copying a drive over, I got the settings app to work but I can't get the store to work.
