Unable to recover an MS account with 365 license subscribed but not accessed since 2019. Have original phone number after reacquiring SIM of same number from Spark, have original email address. Will not accept any attempts at resetting the 2017 password. Authenticator not working (never set up), text to original number not working. Gmail password change not working. Have new MS account. Same phone no as off this week, different email.Been trying off and on for years as my 365 subscription renews on this account and I knew I would need the personal account at some unpredictable point.Now have t
