I am using a Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit computer. It is configured to print through a shared printer HP 8620 from another computer running Windows 7.
When I try to print anything, nothing appears in the print queue and consequently, nothing prints. However, if the local computer sends something to the printer and prints, I am then able to print without any further problems.
It doesn't matter which computer switches on first, I simply cannot print until or unless the local computer prints first.
