Unable to print over WiFi on laptop

From 1st July, we have two laptops on the network that are unable to print.-Both Windows 11 laptops (with all Windows updates applied)-Two different network printers - Brother MFC-L5755DW and Aficio MP C305-All ethernet connected machines on the network can print as normal-Print jobs from the laptops come up as an Error in the print queue every time - BUT, if you restart either of the laptops, everything in that laptops print queue then prints out when the laptop restarts.I've had Microsoft dialled in for about 30 minutes and they have been unable to resolve it - I suggested a system restore,
