Each time Windows 10 updated in the past I have successfully run troubleshooter to rectify printing issues. Since the last update I have been unable to print from Windows 10 to the networked HP printer. The computer recognizes the printer also as the default printer but shows a A Startdocprinter Call Was Not Issued when I attempt to print. I have literally spent hours on the phone with HP support to no avail. I am however able to print from the HP Smart App. I've tried troubleshooting the printer, stopping and starting the spooler service and removing and reinstalling the printer and setup all not working. have and iMac in the house that prints wirelessly to the HP computer with no problem. What can be done to resolve this issue?
