Unable to play ANY games after several factory resets and router/modem reboots. What should I do?

I've been having this issue for the past week and it is driving me absolutely crazy. As the question above states, I am UNABLE to PLAY any sort of games from multiple sources such as Steam or the Xbox app on my Windows 10 Lenevo computer. This is still a fairly new computer, only a couple months old and I was able happy until roughly the middle of last week. This started when I suddenly got the error code 81110013 (Failed to Load Player Profile) while trying to log into my account for War Thunder.
