I am currently working with a user who is unable to pin folders to the navigation pane. Normally one would be able to do so by right clicking the folder and clicking pin to quick access; however, it does nothing. You do not see it on the navigation pane, nor does it toggle between pin and unpin from quick access. I tried to pin to start and that works. I followed all of the instructions in the site below: Pin to Quick Access Not Working on Windows 11: 5 Quick Fixes (windowsreport.com)Additionally, since they have a Lenovo laptop, I ran all of the driver updates as well in hope of any change.
