Unable to Partition my Hard Drive. Even with 250GB of free space

Hello, everyone, I'm using a Dell XPS 15 9570 and I'm trying to partition my C: drive but I'm facing an issue with storage. Even though I have more than 250GB free, every time I try to partition the disk I'm given only 3MB of space.I'm trying to create a partition so that I can Dual boot Ubuntu, a long side my Windows 11. Let me tell you what I have tried.1) I have Cleaned up all temporary files2) Scanned and disinfected my PC3) I have Optimized my Disks (Defragmented)Other suggestion would be appreciated.
