Unable to Pair Oppo Enco Air 3 with Windows 11 Lenovo Thinkpad

I bought new pair of Oppo Enco Air 3. But the same could not be detected by by windows 11 thinkpad . Things I have tried1. Updated the bluetooth drivers on laptop2. Updated the Oppo Enco Firmware to the latest Firmware3. Uninstalled and resintalled Bluetooth4. Verified that we could pair Oppo earbuds with phones and other devices.5. Other devices can also be paired with the Laptop.So we are stuck. Need assistance to get this going now.
