Tools>Internet Options - Security tab, "Reset all zones to default"



WLM uses the Untrusted sites zone settings (by default). Attachments with an

incorrect file extension could be the cause.



Your AV or firewall could also be blocking malicious attachments.



No problems here on Vista and Win7 for the past 2 years since the beta

releases.

That's nonsense. There's no reason for ANY e-mail client to not open

attachments unless one has selected the DON'T OPEN ATTACHMENTS setting in

Tools>Options>Security.
