Unable to login Windows 10, Device Offline, Try a different sign in method

When I input my PIN, it indicates that the device is offline and suggests using an alternative sign-in method.Despite not having changed my password in years, when I attempted to enter it, the system prompted me to retry with the previous password.I'm unable to access the Diagnostic option (by pressing Shift and restart); instead, only the Turn off option appears.Is there a solution to this problem that doesn't involve a factory reset? I have critical files on this computer and urgently need to use it.Thank you in advance.
