Unable to login to windows

[Windows 11]

I was trying to upgrade my CPU, it failed because of the wrong cooler. Build everything back to original and started my PC. After trying to enter my PC, I'm getting the message:"Your PIN is no longer available due to a change in the security settings on this device. Click to reset your PIN."But when I want to reset my pin, I am looping and getting back to the same screen again. Tried resetting my PC but keeping all my files, also didn't work. But then came the screen to sign in and set a new password.So I tried getting a verification code, but I didn't receive any. Now I'm stuck in the same sc
