Unable to login to Windows using laptop computer from diagnostic mode.

Hi gentlemen!I appreciate your answers but also the beer, so here a heck of lot of duplicates giving me a problem. I returned the laptop with Windows 11 Pro to service, but got the message I could be having it on a stick when returning back here.The other becomes a second PC the vendor will not sell, probably because of a credit assessment.The problem I have is no sound, so using the tablet instead (having two, except also my mobile phone).Just one thing for the other or not any back or forth, so trying on next Monday instead.Thanks!
