Unable to login a program after upgrade of Windows 11

Originally my company has subscribed and installed an accounting software provided by a Vietnamese software developer. Initially I work and login that accounting software well with no problem until the compulsory requirement by Microsoft to upgrade Windows 11 yesterday that makes me unable to login that accounting software now. Today the software customer service has checked and blamed the updated SQL server file cannot be reinstalled into my computer.
