Unable to log into User account

I got a new laptop and set it up with my account I use for everything(2 pcs, 1 other laptop)I realised after setting it up that I'd prefer to use a different setup as this new laptop is for school, so I added a user profile so I could do what was neededIssue: When I go to sign into the secondary user, whether it's via emailed code or password(which i had to change since it wasn't working initially?) It loads then goes back to the user log in screen (does not log in)I can log into my main account but not my secondary userI've deleted the secondary user and readded it to no avail
