My coworker is prevented from logging into their HP ProBook 650 G8 laptop. The laptop has windows 11 installed on it. When inputting the correct password, the laptop insists that the password is incorrect and prompts them to reset the password. However, when they go to reset it, they get the error prompt: "This feature requires removable media, such as a USB flash drive. Please connect a USB flash drive, and then try again."We never created a password reset drive. They're logging into the account that is supposedly supposed to be another Administrator account.
