After a long ordeal with blue screens on my Win 10 Pro - not saving dump files, latest updates installed, latest Bios, latest ATI drivers, sfc /scannow clean, error checking clean etc, I decided to reboot the machine in Diagnostic mode. That's when I ended up ay a screen that didn't show the password option just "Something happened, your PIN is not available, set up PIN" that leads nowhere.Trying new Windows media disk, none of the Startup repair, system restore, uninstall updates or roll back options work.
