Unable to load bitlocker recovery key page

I'm trying to access my bitlocker recovery key via Sign in to your account and it is not loading I just get an error page error"Sorry, something went wrong.We’re not sure what happened, but refreshing the page may help, or trying again in a little while.TraceId: ELi9FnnSy0OePUTO.6.67"can anyone help with this as I'm unable to access my laptop now.The only other time I've needed this key was last month and the page was working fine then so something seems to have broken in the meantime
