Unable to launch Roblox application

[Windows 10]

I've had this issue for awhile where I start Roblox, then it immediately stops or crashes. so far I've tried to uninstall multiple times, update gpu drivers and windows 10, clear local cache, clearing browser data, turning firewalls off, downloading and launching from xbox app, updating my time zone and time which was incorrect ,and clearing some storage. I own Logitech steering wheel but its unplugged and hasn't ever caused a issue. I reckon its something my computer is causing but I just don't know what.
