Unable to install Windows XP on 2013 laptop

Hey all geeks,I've been recently wanting to revamp my old laptop and make it cool again by putting Windows XP on it, I know Windows XP is obsolete but I want it so I have compatibility with my batch of old program CDs. I already installed Windows 10 on UFEI mode, but now I put in a Windows XP .ISO and when I click on the install.exe, the "install Windows XP" button is grayed out. I have also tried doing it via DVD, but that didn't work.
