Unable to Install Windows 11, version 24H2 - Install error - 0x800700c1

Hello, For the past several weeks, I have been unable to update my windows. Every time I try, it says there is an install error - 0x800700c1. I tried to run a CMD prompt as an admin with the following command: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, however, it was stuck at 62.3 percent for a while before it said that the source files could not be found. I am so lost on what i need to do. I'm worried that my computer will always be like this. Any help woul dbe greatly appreciated!
