Unable to install windows 10

[Windows 10]

A couple of days ago my windows broke, i tried to reinstall it without deleting files but it got corrupted, so i tried a clean install using usb flash drive which had 100% working image( i installed windows from it like 4 times already), but the installation crashed on 2 step. From that time, i tried many different ways to install it, i installed image with media creation tool, with rufus,with woeusb but it kept crashing the same way with error "files missing or corrupted" and error code 0x8007050 or smth. However linux works perfectly without any problems, but i need to install windows 10, 11
