I've been trying to install these 2 updates for days now. I've tried restarting my pc, not working. Tried the update troubleshooter, just detects and doesn't fix. The troubleshooter said issue find by dynamic protection plugin and said problem with bits service. I've also tried solutions from support involving the command prompt which I have tried but didn't work. Then theres these people saying I need to delete certain important files or something? I don't really know much about this type of stuff but I need help. Thanks.
