unable to install TP link bluetooth 5.0 dongle driver

I am using Windows 7 64 bit OSTrying to install bluetooth adapter driver but it shows the following error"there are unauthorised bluetooth adapters in your system" Now to check and disable previously installed driver (Such as Intel), I opened device manager, there 'Show hidden files" but still unable to find 'Intel bluetooth drivers'. I can only see 'Realtek PCIe FE family controller' but not intel bluetooth wireless driver.'Restarted bluetooth support service' too but still the same error.
