Unable to install the Epic Games Launcher Win11 23H2 Version

Hi, I have recently purchased a new PC for my kids. The setup is a Ryzen 5 5600x, MSI 650 Pro Mobo, Radeon 6600 GPU, 32gb 3600hz RAM and a 1Tb M.2 SSD. I have downloaded Win11 23H2 version with a full compliment of updates (all successfully installed). All other updates have been made as well including BIOS, GPU etc... My question is: I am unable to install the EPIC Games Launcher. It downloads, I go to execute and it starts to install and then stops and gives me an error message saying "The Epic Games Launcher Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error". I have made the profile Admini
