I have a relatively new Windows 11 PC. While I'm not a fan of Windows 11, there are 2 issues which may push me toward abandoning this PC.I am unable to install Garmin Express. I downloaded the latest version of the software. I have to right-click on the download and the only option which will give me *any* action is "Run as Administrator." That brings up a pop-up window where I choose (again) to install. Then nothing else happens. Nothing. The box disappears and no further action occurs. I check in the Task Manager and nothing Garmin-related is running. The PC recognizes the Garmin device so t
