Unable to Install DirectX On Windows 11 (An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log.)

I have tried so many solutions and fixes tutorials, update my graphics drivers, update windows 11, update system drivers, disabling anti-virus etc, updated Visual C ++ Redistributable and Net Framework But All In Vain. I am also unable to install Graphics tools using Optional Features in windows settings>apps>optional features. please provide me solution to this problem as soon as possible.
