I am unable to install my brother scanner drive. I saw a previous question on the same issue and the responses were of no help. I am unable to restore to an earlier point due to a number of other updates that have been applied to Windows 11. According to the Brother technical support they advise that this is a Microsoft issue. Please advise on how I can install the scanner? My version is 24H2.
