Unable to install 2021-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems

I have problem installing 2021-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems. The installer gets stuck at 20% and then installation gets cancelled. I tried downloading and installing update manually but still same. I have searched the web and CBS Log file, here are the lines which show error-2021-05-18 20:18:53, Info CBS Store corruption, manifest missing for package: Package_for_KB4562830~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.2 2021-05-18 20:18:53, Error CBS Failed to resolve package 'Package_for_KB4562830~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0
