Unable to fix black screen of death after switching OS.

After switching back to SSD from HDD, I experience a non-disk register error (or cannot find OS) and then gotten a blue-screen after attempt of fixing it. After resolving the corrupted files, I was able to receive Windows loading screen until I see black screen. The cursor was visible with a throttling icon flickering. I may overlook but I did every basic method to fix black screen of death with no success.I did had a similar issue counter about a week ago without the black screen and able to fix it by making a new profile.If helps: Windows 10.
