Unable to find PFN

Could you please have a look into the issue. I'm unable to find the PFN of the new One Note app - Get OneNote from the Microsoft Store When I try to find the PFN using the method mentioned in Find a package family name (PFN) for per-app VPN - Configuration Manager to get the result "Item not found".
