Unable to find most things on search bar

[Windows 11]

Hi team, I'm unable to search apps, files etc on the search bar. I've tried all the forums like troubleshooting through the control panel, Using DSC commands in cmd restarting, adding my respective folder for indexing in the advanced Indexing and all the things available on the internet and still unable to resolve.. Kindly help me, cuz finding files is very frequent and its frustrating.
