Unable to factory reset / clean install Windows 11

Hi, I've been trying to factory reset my laptop for days, but every method seems to fail me. I have tried Rufus, Media Creation Tool, and also local and/or cloud download. I only get the notifcation that the reset failed, but no error code or other message. Reason for wanting clean install: my HDMI stopped working and I can't change screen brightness in any way, Windows 11 update also stopped working (We couldn't update the system reserved partition).Legion 5 Pro 16ARH7H Processor AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.2 GB usable) Device ID A4341
