Unable to enter recovery mode on my pc

(Using a windows go pro 3)Hi, im currently facing an issue in which I have forgotten my password to enter my pc, however I cannot reset my password as now they only use pins and windows hello which i used to login. I wish to reset my pc through recovery mode, but i need my current password to enter. Is there anyway to bypass this or retrieve my old password
