Unable to edit Outlook 2013 x64 Signatures in Windows 8 x64

I recently installed Office 2013 x64 from my Office 365 portal. When I attempt to edit any of my email signatures, they are displayed as a very narrow column (20 px? wide). I am unable to make any modifications.

I am running Windows 8pro x64.

Anyone else been able to solve this issue?
