unable to download update

Currently, I am using Win 11 Home 23h2, and there is an update for version 24h2. However, whenever I try to download the update, I get an error message that my PC doesn't meet the requirements for Win 11 and gets cancelled (second image). Why is this happening and how can I solve the problem?
