Hello thereI face the problem of not able to download the either Chinese (Simplified) nor Chinese (Traditional) on my computer. I can installed the language pack, but the other features (which enable me to type the language) it kept saying having trouble to install this feature. below pic is the error code (0x80070490)In fact, I have successfully downloaded it before, but not sure what happened it suddenly (the typing feature) got uninstalled, it happened several times.Tried to remove and re-installed, check for window updates, restart computer, none have worked. please help! Thanks
