Unable to download or Install games on Windows 11 Pro

Hi,I purchased windows 11 and installed it over Parallels 17 on the new Mac with M1 chip. Windows works fine but I am unable to download Age of Empires (All versions) which I had purchased and was working on my older Mac with Bootcamp and Windows 10 Pro. Now I have to download using Xbox App and gives me an “error 00000000x001”. I have updated with all possible updates, also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, also uninstalled and installed a fresh copy of windows 11, still the same problem. I had purchased Rise of Nations which downloads but crashes after the Microsoft Studios initial logo?H
