Unable to display current owner

Hi

Im on windows 7 and i imported some pictures from my phone to drive C:program files (x86)\adobe\acrobat reader DC\ Esl.... but when i open the Esl folder i can't see the pictures folder which was saved as (2016-08-14). When i try to again import the pictures it shows the folder with a lock and tried to change administrator from there by all the steps provided. Im still unable to access the folder. Please help.

Tried changing the default downloads folder and it moved windows files from c to d drive.
