Unable to Delete possibly Corrupted Folder

Hello, I am encountering an issue with a corrupted folder on my D: drive that I am unable to delete. Attempting to delete it in File Explorer gives the error "0x80070091: The directory is not empty," but the folder appears empty even with hidden files shown. Using PowerShell commands such as Remove-Item, rm, and del also fails. When I use Get-ChildItem, it lists two entries inside the folder: c: and z:. These entries do not correspond to any actual drives or files, and attempting to remove them individually results in an error stating the files do not exist. I do not have a Z: drive on my syst
