The click option is just not available here, nothing happens if I try to click on the + icon or the checkmark:

have TODO list installed properly from the microsoft store and it works fine in the todo list app itself just not from the clock, am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Also all the other things work fine, i.e spotify, focus sessions, progress.
