Unable to Connect to Wifi Networks

My Dorm’s power went out for a moment, which caused the wifi to go down and my PC to crash, however, when I turned it back on and the wifi got back up, my PC has been unable to connect to any networks. Every 15-20 seconds it cycles through not being able to connect to the internet, showing no available networks, and functioning like normal. Every time I try to connect to any network (including my hotspot) it immediately becomes unable to connect to the internet again and I have to wait.I tried troubleshooting, restarting, and powering off my PC, but nothing has worked so far.
