Unable to connect to Univerity's eduroam network

I go to University of Rome Tor Vergata. I am unable to connect to the eduroam network on my Windows 11 laptop, however, it works fine in other devices. I did have to go through some manual configurations on android though.To my knowledge, the eduroam system at here is somewhat outdated or something. In android, I manually had to go to advanced settings, and set it up for TTLS-PAP authorization. Now, on windows, everytime I tried to connect, it just kept giving me "Can't connect to this nework".
