Unable to connect to Battle Net app while home

Hello all thanks for the help in advanced.Currently using Windows 11. I am unable to connect to Blizzard App to access Blizzard games while I am home. Other computers on the network are able to connect to Battle Net and Blizzard games without issue. When I travel for work I don't have an issue access any Blizzard game.Actions taken so far,All Blizzard trouble shooting steps (power cycle modem, uninstall/reinstall BNet, ect)I've also attempted to connect with Firewall disabled without successBeen able to connect using cell phone hot spotUninstalled/reinstalled Blizzard gamesUninstalled/reinstal
