Unable to connect to any network Wifi or Ethernet

Hi,All of a sudden, my PC is not able to connect to any network at home, either from the router or mobile hotspot.Initially, i was 'connected' to the home wifi but was not able to browse on any browser or connect to any apps. Browsers showed error 'Err_network_access_denied' after trying the below, i am now not able to connect to the wifi again. This is also happening across any of the mobile hotspot I tried to connect to.Things I tried:Reset network in settingsuninstalled wifi and ethernet driver flushed dnssfc scan and dismsetting static IP addressdisabling IPv6using static dns address 8.8.8
