Unable to connect Bluetooth, Bluetooth Devices Not showing up when clicking on add device Windows 11

When I add device I see no device in list, I have tried with multiple devices: keboard, mouse, controller headphones etc. But nothing worked, I have tried reinstalling bluetooth dirvers nothing worked, I also used windows troubleshoot but it also didn't fix anythin. Everything was perfect yesterday it just happened today i think i installed some windows update but it is not fixing any issue now, I need help!!!
