I am experiencing a very weird problem. I cannot connect my 4k screen laptop with 1080p external monitor. I have 2 laptops currently both with 4K and touch. One is Dell Precision 5530 and the 2nd is HP envy 15 both laptops are running on windows 11 with all the latest updates and patches.When I connect my laptop with an external 1080p monitor (I have 2 monitors, Lenovo and Dell) with HDMI or type-c it just doesn't detect the monitor and also monitor shows "no input signal from HDMI" whatsoever. But interestingly my both laptops of HP and Dell works just fine with HDMI on my 4K LG TV.I have als
