Unable to click certain options on folders and other programs

Hi all,Bit of a weird one! I recently got a new laptop (Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 running windows 11) and I have one slight, but very annoying issue. On some windows such as folders and certain programs, it seems I am unable to click certain options. They're not greyed out, it just doesn't register me clicking them.For example with the images I've attached. If I'm on paint and I try to save a screenshot, I'm unable to click any of "Save, Don't Save or Cancel". The only way to select these is to use the tab button to run through the options and then click enter on what I want.Another example
