A couple days ago, I bought an app on the Microsoft Store that ended up not working as intended. I asked for a refund through the Xbox page (I followed all the steps on the helpdesk and this is where it took me) and received a message from the Xbox team saying that I need to seek support from the Microsoft Office team.I'm unsure why this was advised and also I am unable to get direct assistance from Office support. Instead, I get rerouted to the Q&A helpdesk which takes me right back to the Xbox page.Any idea how and where to get in touch with someone about this?Thanks!
